Clarks desert boots are a footwear style staple, and to mark their 65th anniversary, Clarks employed the talents of 14 artists and designers to create limited-edition desert boot styles with a corresponding unique work of art that interprets the classic footwear.
Artists and designers who took part in the collaboration include figurative painter Frank Bowling, interior designer Lee Broom and contemporary artist Amy Stephens. There are 250 pairs of each of the collection’s 14 limited-edition styles on sale exclusively on clarksrebooted.com, with a percentage of the proceeds going to the Halo Trust, a charity dedicated to clearing landmines from war-torn countries. The corresponding artworks are displayed in the lobby of Citizen M hotel at London’s Bankside.
