These Terms and Conditions (T&C) constitute the contract between Lee Broom and the customer unless Lee Broom agrees in writing to different terms. Payment of a Lee Broom Quote, Pro Forma, Invoice, or Online Order for Lee Broom products constitutes the customer’s agreement to these T&C.
All payments must be made in EUR for Euro customers, CAD for Canadian customers and GBP for UK and all other countries (except USA). Any bank charges must be covered by the customer.
Stock products usual lead time is 1-2 weeks. Lead times will increase due to high demand or for larger than usual order quantities.
Made to Order (MTO) products usual lead times range from 8 weeks to 12 weeks.
Lead times are calculated from the date of the receipt of payment and are estimated and may increase due to high demand or seasonal impacts.
The pricelist, tear sheets and website contains photography and technical information. All efforts are made to ensure these accurately represent the products though there may be slight variances between these and the actual product.
Lee Broom does not offer refunds. Returns will be accepted within 10 business days for company credit or exchange only. Returns must be pre-authorised with Lee Broom and items must be returned in original packaging and in original unused condition. A 20% restocking fee will be applied for all returned items. No returns will be accepted on sale, clearance or discontinued products or Made To Orders products. These items are considered final sale. Customer is responsible for all shipping charges incurred. Credit Notes are valid for a period of one year from date of issuance.
Rush Orders may be possible for an additional fee of 20%. Rush Orders must be pre-authorized by Lee Broom as some products cannot be rushed. No cancellations will be accepted on Rush Orders.
Cancellations will only be accepted if made within 5 business days of order confirmation. Cancellations of Made To Order products will only be accepted if made within 2 business days of order confirmation. No cancellations will be accepted outside of these periods. All Ex Works London (EXW) collections must be arranged by the customer. Commercial invoice and shipping note will be supplied per order. The supply of any other export documentation can be quoted on request.
All EXW collections must be made within 2 weeks of being advised by Lee Broom that orders are ready after which storage charges will apply per month (or part thereof) at £100 per month or 4% of order value which is greater. If EXW goods are not collected within 6 months, Lee Broom reserves the right to retain the goods and consider the order cancelled without refund.
If MTO goods are not paid in full within 6 months of being completed and ready for dispatch, Lee Broom reserves the right to retain the goods and consider the order cancelled without refund.
Products should be inspected on receipt and any damage or discrepancies reported to Lee Broom in writing within 5 working days. If damage has occurred in transit, all packaging must be retained by receiver. Failure to do so will invalidate any claim.
LIMITED WARRANTY
Where the final delivery location is within the EU, products are covered by a 24 month limited warranty against manufacturing defects for the original customer who purchased the products from an authorized reseller or dealer or distributor or from Lee Broom directly from the date of delivery.
For all other countries, products are covered by a 12 month limited warranty against manufacturing defects for the original customer who purchased the products from an authorized reseller or dealer or distributor or from Lee Broom directly from the date of delivery.
Wear and tear through use, damage due to accident, misuse, abuse or negligence will not be covered and cannot be claimed under this limited warranty.
Lee Broom reserves the right, before having any obligation under this limited warranty, to inspect the damaged product or component, and all costs of shipping for inspection shall be the responsibility solely of the customer. Lee Broom, shall at its choice determine whether to repair or replace any defective product or component that it determines is covered by this limited warranty.
Modifications made to any products by the customer will invalidate the warranty. All electrical products should be installed by a professional, qualified electrician. The Hanging Hoop Chair and Made To Order pieces are not covered by this limited warranty.
The following is not covered by this warranty; damage caused by improper handling or assembly or installation, damage caused by installation by non qualified professional, any cost of installation or re-installation, damage caused by exposure to weather or non dry environment, damage caused by use of incorrect cleaning materials.
Limited warranty claims must be made within 10 working days of occurrence by contacting info@leebroom.com. Failure to do so will invalidate any claim.
SHIPPING – UK CUSTOMERS
Prices exclude shipping and products are supplied Ex Works London (EXW). Shipping cost will be confirmed at time of order.
SHIPPING – 'REST OF THE WORLD' CUSTOMERS
Prices exclude shipping and products are supplied Ex Works London (EXW). Shipping cost will be confirmed at time of order.
Lee Broom can arrange shipping Delivered At Place (DAP). This shipping charge will be calculated per order. Selected products as indicated in the pricelist are recommended to be crated for export. Non-standard packaging requirements including crating can be quoted on request.
Certain countries can receive DDP shipping. This will be confirmed at time of order.
OTHER
Lee Broom shall not be liable to the customer or deemed to be in default for any delay or failure in performance resulting directly or indirectly from causes beyond its reasonable control.
These T&C represents the entire understanding of the parties. There are no representations, promises, warranties, covenants or undertakings other than those expressly included. If, for any reason, any provision of these T&C is held invalid in whole or in part, such invalidity shall not affect any other provision of these terms not held so invalid, such other provision shall to the full extent consistent with law continue in full force and effect. These T&C and all rights, remedies, liabilities, powers and duties of the parties to the agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the England and Wales without regard to the principles of conflict of laws. Lee Broom reserves the right to revise terms and conditions at any time.
PRICE LIST
GBP pricelist is only for all UK customers and Rest of World customers (defined as those customers not in UK, EU, USA or Canada). No other price list is applicable for UK and Rest of World customers. EU customers must use EUR pricelist, USA – USD and Canada – CAD. Prices may be revised at any time.

SHIPPING
Standard delivery terms are Ex Works (EXW).
Lee Broom can arrange shipping Delivered Duty Paid (DDP). This shipping charge will be calculated per order. Selected products as indicated in the pricelist are recommended to be crated for export. Non-standard packaging requirements including crating can be quoted on request.
All EXW collections must be arranged by the customer. Commercial invoice and shipping note will be supplied per order. The supply of any other export documentation can be quoted on request. Risk for EXW products transfers to the customer on collection.
All EXW collections must be made within 2 weeks of being advised by Lee Broom that orders are ready after which storage charges will apply per month (or part thereof) at $150 per month or 4% of order value which is greater. If EXW goods are not collected within 6 months, Lee Broom reserves the right to retain the goods and consider the order cancelled without refund.
Products should be inspected on receipt and any damage or discrepancies reported to Lee Broom in writing within 5 working days. If damage has occurred in transit, all packaging must be retained by receiver. Failure to do so will invalidate any claim.

PRICE LIST
USD pricelist is for all USA customers from the 48 contiguous States and countries using 110-130v lighting. No other pricelist is applicable for US customers. All prices are in US Dollars (USD) and are subject to change & do not include sales taxes, shipping, insurance, assembly or installation. This price list replaces any existing Lee Broom price list. If a tax exempt is claimed, buyer must submit the appropriate exemption certificate.
